OFFICE SPACE
Fully furnished to a Grade A standard, the choice of 60 private office spaces offer some great views across the city and come in a wide range of sizes to accommodate from 2 to 50 people.
WET LAB SPACE
Our wet labs come in sizes 73sqm to 160sqm and have Category 2 containment fit-outs throughout, 100A 3-phase power, 4kN/sqm floor loading and vapour-sealed fluorescent lighting.
DRY LAB SPACE
Within the self-contained lab zone, we also offer a selection of dry lab space which can be fitted with fixed and loose benching, depending on your individual requirements.
SHARED LAB SERVICES
Whichever labs you choose to occupy, a large range of shared services come as part of the package. This includes a dedicated loading bay, goods lift, secure waste stores, ice-maker, oven dryer, glass washer and purified water supply.
